Yoga (Ages 2+)
Gentle poses, breathing, and mindfulness blended into playful themes—helping kids build balance, body awareness, and calm (plus a little imagination!). -
Power Play (Ages 2+)
High-energy movement that gets kids jumping, running, and laughing while developing strength, coordination, and confidence. -
